Product Management

Product management is a strategic function that answers the question of how and why to manage the product. Properly planning product goals for the company's development, and ensuring that everyone is working towards a common organizational goal, is the main functionality of product management. This management includes continuous strategic tasks in organizations and constantly promotes the development process. Many smart companies, especially those operating in projects where IT products are created, with large IT departments, need product managers to perform these tasks.
